The Memory Lingers On

I had such a delicious breakfast yesterday, and healthy also.  Just had to paint what I ate.  So this was done from memory.  Happy painting everyone.

Garage Sale Find

Last Sunday, after having a wonderful day in Northport, I found this lovely coffee set at a garage sale .  It was the ending of one of those perfect days.  Can't wait to do a still life with one of these pieces , perhaps in oil or acrylic.  Happy Painting to all.

Studies in various mediums

These are just a few of my studies for the last few weeks.  I finally made some entries into my journal.
Life and wanting to do and paint everything can be counter productive at times.  Happy Painting everyone.

Pen and ink studies

Two studies, the first, once again Stony Brook Harbor.  Mike and I went there on Sunday.  What I loved was the low tide and everything was back lit, so it was blinding.  I used my Kuretake letter pen, with sepia ink and waterbrush.

The second my little brown tea pot, always a fun subject.  Happy Painting everyone.
