My Accordion Journals

My 1st. accordion journal
My folded journal

Following Cathy Johnsons workshop, I was inspired to try making my own accordion journals.  I will be visiting my grand daughter next week and she is so into art and journaling . I know she will enjoy do some of these handmade journals.  Happy Mothers Day to all the moms out there.

Joan I see the bug has bitten you..
Love your folded journals..
and they're great for painting.
As you know I make journals, a bit different from these .. I should do a tutorial and WIP on my 'Journey' blog. I pick a theme, (art, nature, Paris) etc. I do a lot of cutting, pasting, and most of them have a vintage look, because that's what I like..
My North to Alaska was the most 'normal' one .. I just finished one on Italy.. Then I hand bind them .. I would have written all this to you in an email. but I have no address for that.

Hi BJ,
Oh I wish you would do a tutorial, yes, I have been bitten by the journal bug. We are going to Virginia this week. Can't wait to share what I've learned so far with my grand daughter. Love what you have done with your journals.
